The HELP Commission

Helping to Enhance the Livelihood of People around the Globe (HELP) Commission

 

The HELP Commission was created by Congress to review US foreign assistance programs and to make recommendations on how to improve them. 

The Commission met throughout 2006 and 2007 and issued its final report on December 7, 2007.
